To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour

- William Blake, Auguries of Innocence

This quote is often used to illustrate what it’s like to experience an altered state of consciousness with psychedelics. While many feel they have profound insights with psychedelics (or meditation as one of many alternatives), it may be difficult to understand and integrate the experience on your own. Without having the time and space to process it and make sense out of it, the positive effects of your psychedelic experience may fade and not lead to lasting change.

Dia-Logos Counselling offers psychedelic integration, a non-judgemental space to process your experience. Whether your trip was profoundly positive or scary and confusing, taking the time to make sense of it is beneficial.

Psychedelic substances are currently illegal in Canada and Dia-Logos Counselling does not encourage their use or provide information on how to obtain them. Alternative ways to achieve altered states of consciousness, such as meditation, are safer and more accessible.
